| MJ lady with maracas | Sorry for the downtimeSorry for todays downtime, eXceem has had another server move, to eXceems own dedicated server. The move took slightly longer than planned, so sorry if you couldn't log in. At the moment the wiki hasn't been uploaded yet, it will be uploaded tomorrow (22/1/07) If you notice anything that isn't working please contact me That should be it for server moves as we are now in the position to just upgrade this server when eXceem grows rather than need to move to another one

| BANNED | Re: Sorry for the downtimeJon/Trevor, when I access the site portal I am unable to log in. I put in my username and pass then click login and it just refreshes the page without logging me in. But I am logged into the forums... hmmmm, this happened when I installed a portal on my old site. But it was phpbb. Anyways, I am using Firefox.. it's done the same with IE and Opera. I think it may be a problem. Only just happened after the server move. |

![]() | Re: Sorry for the downtimeAs ever, the Wiki is not working still. How many weeks has it been down for now? Could a mod please give an update on when it will be available? The last update that said it would be loaded a few days ago has proved to be false. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sorry for the downtimeI think you'll find that Jon is looking into it as we speak, as he mentioned in another thread, he has been extremely busy dealing with pm's, trades, congas, the web designers section, uploading the new server, and issues with that, amongst other things, as have all other members of staff, and while it may have been 'false' saying it would be available a few days ago, this is only because Jon has been so busy doing other things for exceem, as well as working full time and hasn't had the time up to now! Whilst we appreciate all comments regarding improvements etc, constant complaints from people that things haven't been done, don't help matters! Please try and remember that all mods/ admin etc mod exceem voluntarily around full time jobs etc as well as other commitments, so it may take longer than orignally promised for things to be done, but this is usually out of our control! *takes deep breath and stops ranting*

| iPod Nano 4GB | Re: Sorry for the downtimeHi, I was just wondering whether the 'Members Online Within The Last 24 Hours' feature is going to return (in the 'What's Going On' section)? It was surprisingly handy. Roger |

| MJ lady with maracas | Re: Sorry for the downtimeThat was only there as a temporary measure to compare the level of members visiting pre server move, and after the server move, to ensure there were no problems. To update on the wiki, it should make a comeback tomorrow.

That's a real shame! Would you consider making it a permanent feature or would that be too much extra work involved (I don't know how it works). Or maybe a poll to see how many users found that particular feature useful, if that would help decide? | |

| MJ lady with maracas | Re: Sorry for the downtimeIt can easily be added again, but it does have a slight hit on performance, but I guess with this new server it can handle it I'll get it readded
