Thanks for the offers guys, what ill do sometime tomorrow or Thursday is create a forum for any "graphic requests" then if you have the free time you can reply in the thread so others can see that the users request has been forfilled

I guess since ive never ran anything like this before it will evolve into something amazing! any suggestions on how to run it reply to this thread

i was going to suggest something similar, like set the GFX team as a group on here, so we can self moderate the sub-forum etc?

Damn Stirder thats some Quality work, so you do all this in photoshop, Iv made a New Year resolution to LEARN how to use photoshop lol, any good tutotrial

Oops, sorry for the double post.

I just realised you said to reply here lol.

The way I run it is, I setup a GFX Team usergroup and a sub-forum. Members who wish graphics to be created for them come to that sub-forum and post a new topic with details as to what size, colour, renders etc etc (I'll send you the request form if needed).

Then a member of the team will reply to let the requesting member know that their request is being worked on.

Once the image is finished, the GFX Team member posts it in the topic as a reply then PM's the requester to let them know that their request has been fulfilled.

Finally once the requester is satisfied, the GFX Team member will append the topic title with "[COMPLETED]" and lock the thread*.

It's been successful on my forum for over a year now and we've never had any probs with that system.

*At first we allowed the topics to be left open but other members kept carrying on conversations and the team wanted things to be run efficently so they are now locked upon request completion.

that sounds like a well smooth idea, and fits right in with the way Exceem run things too!

i wouldnt mind being part of the team at all (fitted around my uni work/job still), if it was run as smooth as that.

Thats an awesome framework, I reckon it could work!

What about an Other Things part as well? So, say someone wants a specific style border (Tech, etc.), or a pop-out signature/banner?

Iam interested, check out my previous sig thread for some of my normal work, I can do alot better , but before I got too much requests so I rushed lol, Also Jon, if someone is a member of a GFX team, could they have a diff coulor name? so they could stand out? like, super mods green, admin orange etc?
