Nice, that would be 3 on there now, i have loads of people singing up daily but not doing offer,s maybe cuz my link of HDTV is going to Yepitsfree they prob go there and see they have no HDTV's lol

might get a Xbox360 controller and memory card with 3 refs lol

I've got 2 'Awaiting Approval' myself but who knows how many others just didn't click the actual 'completed this offer' link. I've got a fair amount of Yellows but can't really judge at this point whether that's because of the link issue or simply they don't want to do offers.

Well they said there having problems tracking OFFERS so how do i know if iv missed loads

As said before, if I get confirmation of a sale from TD, but it is not showing in admin, I contact the member direct.

Unfortunately I can not do anything about the untracked sales, this is something TD are looking into at the moment for me.

Regarding the clearly despised 'I have completed this offer' button!! I finally have a fixed date for this being removed, along with the offers page staying visible after an offer has been completed, the date I have been given is 1st March.

I asked why they originally told me 10-12th of feb and now it is nearly 3 weeks later, this is because they released V4 of the script and have literally hundreds of people wanting their sites updated (alot more than they anticipated) so by the time I had put my order in for the mod, the completion date had been pushed right back.

Thanks for the update. I got 3 people waiting to be approved. Have they all completed an offer, or do some people click this button when they havent sometimes?

What I meant by the previous post, Matt, was that you said you/TD are having trouble tracking sales - so if someone does offer, you/TD might not necessarily realise until they make a support ticket about it (or click link).
I thought that was the problem at the moment.

I don't know how it works so if that's not possible, I apologise.

Hi,

if the offer has gone untracked, then the only thing I can do is wait for a support ticket to be opened, that said though, with the offers that have tracked, only one hasn't clicked the offer completion link.

Regarding the untracked sales, I am waiting on quite a few to be manually approved by TD. To be honest, I think there will be harldy any that have not clicked the offer completion link AND gone untracked.

Hey, 2 of my referrals are stuck on Awaiting Approval for like a week now what's going on are they not Greens then, i have like 35 odd yellows and 1 greens i swear people are doing offers but no showing ?

I have 7 referals all waiting for approval and all have been for over 1 month now. Dont know how other people feel but looks like the site was released before it was actually ready and before being tested correctly.

I do understand about the wait for manual approval but I've got a Trade that's approaching 60 days (6th Jan) without being credited. How long do we wait before we accept that it's not going to happen?

He says he's opened a support ticket & been told, well... to wait, problems with Which... etc etc

Normally, under any other circumstances, I would assume that the person I traded with scammed me & would report him but with all this - how can I?

I can understand your frustration, as I am also very frustrated with the situation as it is out of my hands and don't want to be letting anyone down, but there is literally nothing I can do.

TD credited some of the untracked sales, but as there were so many, they have had to investigate some aswell. If you PM me the details of the ref you are waiting on I will contact TD and see if I can do anything

not yet, TD have confirmed things are ok their end, I am just waiting on my coders to finish checking the script to make sure there are no errors. I am hoping somethime this week they will be back
