December update from the myfreegadgetnetwork team.

I know we haven't be around much on the forums, but that in a way is a good thing. We've been promoting our sites to much newer and wider audiences, making it even easier to gain your referrals. We have had some fantastic feedback from the areas we have promoted our sites and are pleased with how the year has gone so far for us.

We have sent out another set of orders this evening, and orders are being processed on a regular basis. However, we do have to apologise to a few users waiting for items that are in very short supply such as the Microsoft xBox 360. Any order we receive for a short supply item is immediately ordered and added to the waiting list, and any user who has an outstanding item will be kept up to date on a regular basis.

We are still within our our own time scales for replying to all support tickets within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours, and in the majority of cases replies to queries are usually within a few hours. This will continue to be the case, and something we pride ourselves on. We operate 7 days a week and over Christmas and the New Year plan to be available every day with the exception of Christmas and New Year's day.

Please bear with any orders showing as shipped on our site as its a very busy time of year for all delivery companies and items may be delayed by a few days, we are sorry for this delay and hope you understand. We also now included estimated delivery schedules for all our orders and this can be found on the account status page.

All of our sites continue to expand on a daily basis and thank all our customers for their continued and loyal support.

2006 will be a great year for us and have many ideas we will be implementing, but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or support ticket, and we promise to answer every support ticket or email we receive.

Without you, we wouldn't be able to offer our wide range of items we do.
