![]() | Very poor service...I'm really not happy now with MyFreeGadget because it has now been nearly 4 months that i've been verifying and they still aren't bothering to sort it out. I explained to them that i couldn't leave support tickets and they said they would look into it and that was over 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied to anyone on here since then, even though they said that Phillipa was going to be a regular on here and keep us all up to date. I am really starting to wonder whether I will ever get my free gift now or even told what has happened. |

I, in the end, gave up on the site. I couldn't find any reason to carry on because I realised that as soon as I got to the verify stage, the same would most probably happen to me, and if not that, then my order just wouldn't be shipped out like Ejaz's. When I hear of someone actually recieving something I 'might' change my mind but I doubt it somehow |

| blah blah blah | Re: Very poor service...I had hoped when they "re-appeared" recently that they would be as good as their word and things would be back to normal but as far as I can see, nothing has changed. They state that "danny" no longer works for them and made him the scapegoat as far as I can see, said that "philipa" would now be working for them and promissed everything would be faster etc. Now, for all we know philipa and danny are the same person, who knows? All I know is that I'm getting fed up seeing network owners come on and basically say things to hopefully shut their members up and give them some more time to get more signups. It's a con. This network is exceem supported and people are encouraged to sign up for supported sites but if you were knew, would you sign up for a site that keeps breaking promises, not verifying, not sending out goods and basically ignoring the same members that are making them money? Maybe a supported site like this shouldnt be supported any longer. Am tired of seeing people with problems just being fobbed off.

It's as if they have given up and rather than just shutting down, they are just not trying, which leads to people quite rightly moaning |

MFG never used to be like this so I cant understand what's happening. They used to be very prompt with replies and orders were sent out very quickly. As I've said many times, I hope they come back to the way they were and then everyone will be happy.

![]() | Re: Very poor service...I agree with what people are saying and I think that exceem should look into whether MFG remains a supported site. I don't think that exceem should refer people to MFG if they are going to have an experience like I or some of the people on here have had. |

![]() | Re: Very poor service...im still waiting for my shuffle to be sent to me and this is from 9 september - not long i knw but its coming up to a month - you'd think they'd ship things out sooner or i gather that they used to - guess they got some issues at the moment - but i wont be using this site again - sites like free4 and real-incentives are the best ones in my book at the moment -their support is brilliant! |
