| Re: Any update on my verification?Is there any reason we are being ignored again? I thought that MFG were supposed to be keeping us up to date from now on and checking the forums often. I have been waiting a stupid amount of time to be verified now and all i want is my free gift which I am entitled to. Please sort this out ASAP. Thanks |

| Re: Any update on my verification?Well even if that's the case, I think it should be raised publically, because MFG might only verify people who complain, to keep them quiet.

| Re: Any update on my verification?The Saint-It's not just him, I was treated badly too, and while my issue is sorted(ish) now, I was NOT impressed with the way they handled it for the most part, and Freddie is just waiting to be VERIFIED. I can see how you'd think it seems like its an isolated case, but who else on Exceem is currently working on a MFG site? How hard can it be to read his support tickets and verify him seeing as he's been made to wait months for no good reason now? Freddie- I know how you feel and I really hope you get it sorted soon. If I get to the verify stage in the next couple of weeks I won't be holding my breath thanks to this |

| Re: Any update on my verification?Thanks Naomi, and the_saint, the reason i'm asking on here is because my other problem was that it wont let me register to use their support ticket service. I never seem to receive the confirmation email no matter which one I use.  Not quite sure why this is but I have no other way of contacting them other than exceem. |

 | Re: Any update on my verification?I hit order for my gift on the 9th, still no sign of it. It still says order processing. I read MFG orders their gifts as they are verified and not once at the end of the month like other networks. So why still the delay? |
