Hey Guys,

Danny's just let me know its ok to post on Lewis' old account so here goes! (I'll be adding a new sig, avatar etc shortly)

I've just read the September Update thread and Danny's given me a heads up on the issues you guys have had. I hope I can help solve them all for you, but bear with us as I have hit the ground running......

Right you lot seem to have had a bad time recently so I'm gonna fix it!

Firstly, if you have raised a support ticket and its not been dealt with, can you do me a fav and to help you quicker start a new ticket and start the subject as 'Help Me, I Want To Feel Special'

And I'll do my best to address them as soon as I can.

Secondly, all sites have still been getting the credit updates applied (Its all automated), so nothing to worry about there. However, a few people have claimed 'no credit' and when investigated its turned out they had joined the site in question via another network and are trying to claim a free credit on our network using the same emails etc. This won't be tolerated (I can be mean

). Any user found doing this will be banned and the account in question will be locked. Please don't try and 'game' the system, I'll be one step ahead of you. I don't like unfair players!

Thirdly, If we don't have an offer on our site that you would like added, drop me a line with the details and I'll do my best to get it added.

Fourthly, Check out our other post about comments/ideas. I do want to know what you want and will do my best to convince Danny. Remember, if you don't ask you'll never get.

Fifthly, It seems mfgn gave away a few 'credits' over the past few years to people. Whilst this has worked in the past you'll start to see more comp's with real decent prizes. However, the only set rule will be all our comp's for prizes will require you to be a member of the mfgn network and have completed 1 offer. It won't matter if you have no referrals etc.

Sixly, I've just blagged another TShirt from Danny. Any one that posts an 'hello' message to me and makes me smile stands the chance to win (open to all). Leave your message below.

And finally, Yes we are the best network out there, but then i'm biased. So to make you you state the same I'll do all I can to help you. Just let us know how!!
