Hey Guys,

As promised here is an update for you all.

Firstly let me personally take full responsibility for the poor customer service some of you have received from our network over the past month.

As most of you know our support was provided by Lewis, whilst this worked really well to start with I did take my eye off the ball and things did start to suffer because of this. I'm sorry i wasn't 100% focused on making sure the support and sites were running as smoothly as I would have liked. This in turn resulted in an experience none of you should have had.

We are the second longest running network and we are committed to providing you with a great range of gadgets at the best possible referral rates. However, this means nothing if the support element isn't working.

With immediate effect Lewis will no longer be running the support side of things. Phillipa will be taking over once she is up to speed. I will be working closely with Phillipa to ensure our high standards we and you expect are met.

We will be reviewing all outstanding support tickets and answering them as quickly as possible. Please bear with us during this hand over stage.

Once again I personally am sorry for the service you have come to expect has not been met. It's my fault, no one else's.

So, good new is support will be back on track really quickly. Other good news is Phillipa is keen to support you all the way from sign up to delivery of goods.

More good news is we have also changed our supplier on some items, this should result in a quicker delivery of items.

We'll be making two more posts shortly and hope you participate.

Once again thank you to those who did not loose faith and we hope to gain your confidence back should we have lost it.

Thanks for update/apology etc, I'm guessing you'll have lots to do so I won't pester you about the state of my account....yet!

I'm just glad it seems something will be done now
