I know that you have issues with Ash but that really is none of my business or anyone elses on eXceem and surely should be kept private between you two.

I've had words with most site owners at one point or another if I feel that it's needed and probably will do so again, RI included. What I will say, and others have done so also is that Ash has improved a lot of things over the last few months including gifts being sent out sooner than they used to. I will agree with you that he maybe needs more support staff (then he can answer my tickets )but thats up to Ash to decide and implement.

Like I said, I'm not having a go. I just don't think it's nice to see site owners having a go at each other in public, it doesnt help anyone.

Also, as I've said in previous posts, if MFG comes on and explains what is happening and is truthful, then people will be happy. Yes, I know that he doesnt have to come on exceem to explain himself but it would put peoples minds at rest. these are the people who probably wont be sending referals to the MFG sites until they know what's happening.

Lets just hope something turns up soon

I have just read this thread and some of the comments are unacceptable. It has gotten sidelined with personal issues.

I will not lock this thread but please, any future comments please make them relevant to the original purpose of this thread.

I'll post a new clean thread later this evening and will personally address your issues.

I'll also give you an update and try and answer your issues/worries etc.

We are still shipping items out but I agree support has not what it should have been. Like I say, full update later.
