please dont take this the wrong way, but if you let me have the facts and the facts only I can try to help - while I understand you may be angry at the situation, constant complaining doesn't really achieve much

Erm, I'll take it how it appears Jon- you are right in all that you have previously said, i don't dispute that, but theres not a lot YOU can personally do to help anyway. I accept that. But seeing as nothing is being done, all I can do is complain, although I wouldn't call it 'constant'. If that were the casem this thread would be a lot longer than this by now!!

Also, if you think that i'm not achieving much by complaining, what do you suggest I DO do? I've raised a number of support tickets, as politely as I can manage in the circumstances, and nothing gets done. I realise the networks lose out too when the advertiser doesnt pay, but as i pointed out i gained more referrals than needed on the site so in this circumstance they wouldn't be losing out by looking at my print screen PROOF, and crediting me. If nothing else, it would shut me up.

Maybe if i hadn't had to pay money that would be quite useful right now I wouldn't be so outraged

I asked for the facts so I could then help to try to figure out what was going on, I cant really do much with complaints.

For instance I know that lovefilm are slow with their "completed" report at the moment, and while they are showing the pendings, they are not showing which of these pendings have not completed the offer properly, which has caused some delays across the board.

Ok, the 'facts'.

I completed the Gameaccount offer over a month ago now. I played through the entire £10, as requested when signing up. My cookie settings are as they should be, i've never had a problem on any other site.

I raised a support ticket after a week, which was not replied to. I sent proof that I had completed the offer about 5 days later. This was ignored.

Since then, I have sent about 2 more support tickets asking for at least some acknowledgement. I've had none.

Can you see why i'm a *tiny* but p$%*d off? I have gained over the required amount of referrals for my item(wish i hadn't bothered now) and yet i'm not able to verify, meanwhile myfreegadget are benefitting for all the referrals I got them.

I understand having to wait a month for lovefilm pendings etc, i've done so many a time on other sites. But I don't mind this, because I know i WILL get there in the end.
