Why am I being ignored???

I completed the Game Account offer on ghd.myfreegadget 2 weeks ago today, and my account still hasn't been credited. I waited until the 5 working days were up before raising a support ticket. This was ignored. I sent a second one about 4 days later to see if maybe they hadn't got it. Still no reply. I sent a third today, 2 weeks later, and as yet, nothing.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience, or if anyone from myfreegadget can acknowledge my problem and help me take steps to resolve it. I have the email from gameaccount showing that i have deposited £10. This was played through, but apparently offer is STILL not completed!

strange ive completed game account with sports.Fj and it hasnt been tracked too.

hmmm. I just find it weird that they won't reply. My messages were all polite and I even attached the proof of offer completion email. It does say they were on exceem last yest evening though.

If you see my GPS thread I had to wait a while for a support ticket, I got one this morning so Lewis is still about

He must be busy, or have something else on his hands as I have had a couple of freebies from MFG before and they were much quicker than this.
Give him time i'm sure it'll all work out ok

Guys,

I'm using Lewis's account to post this message.

Firstly, I must apologise for the lack of postings we have made on Exceem recently. We have been hard at work trying to tap in to new markets to make it easier in getting the referrals you need.

We are doing a lot of off line local marketing and this has taken our attention away from Exceem.

I will investigate the support ticket issues and promise all tickets will be answered by the end of the week.

We have had some issues with regards to tracking, this is nothing to do with our system, more down to the merchants sites. We are working closely with them to solve the issue and have removed some offers from some of our sites whilst this is being investigated.

Its also getting harder to arrange credits for none tracked offers, but we always do our utmost to ensure you guys get what you have earnt.

Please remember, if you have cookie blockers, have been to the site previously etc etc we don't get paid for you completing the site and without sounding harsh, if we don't get paid we can not credit you. We always do our best to make sure our customers are happy. We wouldn't have been around for over 2 years now if we were a 'scam', 'flash in the pan' type site.

Thanks for your understanding, and I promise normal service will resume shortly. Local marketing will stop, and focus here will begin again.

Myfreegadget please look at my thread on verification. Its been well over a month now and still no verification. For some reason i never get the confirmation email so i cant leave a support ticket.

OK will do - however you don't need any emails to use our support system at myfreegadgetnetwork Support Center as we set it up on a different system just in case

I meant that when i try to register on the support page(which is needed before leaving support tickets) it says that before i can use my account i need to click on the link in the confirmation email.

I never get this email.
