Hi, I understand what you're saying, but it has created other problems, such as i have apparently had my support ticket replied to in regards to why the offer i completed was never credited( it still hasn't been for the record even though I sent you proof), but i cannot read said support reply because i cannot log in to my support account. when i request the password, i never get it sent to the stated email address. I would be very grateful if you could check my account (nainthebox@...) if that's possible, i can pm you the rest of the address if needed, as it's now been nearly a month and my offer still isn't credited.

same here, nothing.... They're taking the p*** now with this "please be patient" nonsense. It's like a license to work at your own snail pace and not really get anything done.

At the end of the day like all other networks we have to wait for reply's from sponsors. If we don't have the information all we can do is chase this for you - we can not make data up, but fully understand you all want things to happen as quickly as possible and we do our utmost to ensure this happens.

Like I said, fine, I understand this. But surely you can manually credit an account if proof is provided that the required amount of money has been deposited for an offer such as gameaccount?? Like I said, if you could at least directly EMAIL people like me (obviously only if they have told you of the problem), then at least we wouldn't be kept in the dark. I would like to know if you can actually manually credit my account or not, so I can stop wasting my time on your site and go and use one of the other networks that actually seem to care about their customers!

It is now 100% clear that gameaccount ARE NOT going to 'reply' to you, so either you are going to credit my account with the proof i have provided you with, or i am going to end up with nothing from your site. I still have faith that you can sort this, as you have always seemed to be a reliable network, but I would hate to have to warn people away from your site on the grounds that if they spend £10 properly completing an offer, they may never get credited for it!!

Im having the same issues with someone who done AMEX NECTAR offer for me.....if we give proof that they have completed the offers can this be accepted?

Well it should be. Giveaway will credit an account within a week at the most, 99% of the time, if proper proof is provided. I know it's not good if the offer company don't pay myfreegadget, but that's hardly our fault- if we spend money doing an offer and can prove that, it should make no difference.

Lets face it, the freebie networks make massive profits from the accounts that never reach the required amount of referrals, i'm sure they can afford to credit peoples COMPLETED offers if theres ever one of these rare problems, or else at least work a bit harder getting the offer companies to acknowledge an offer has been completed. If not, you would think said company would be swiftly removed from the list!??

I agree with what you are saying MFG but im not waiting for greens im waiting to be verified and on your site it says up to 30 days. If this isnt true then it shouldnt say this. Please can you hurry up and verify my account so that i can place my order as it has been around 40 days now.

while I cant name names and networks, recently a fair few people have been telling fibs about where they completed a offer, for example someone would complete a offer on network A, get their gift, then try to claim that htey also completed the offer on network B.

obviously this is fraud, and it is one of the reasons why the networks are so strict in offers that hav'nt tracked.

I can see how this would be a problem, but to be honest all that tells me is that i'm even less likely to be credited..ever! If gameaccount fail to let MFG know that I did indeed complete the offer via their site, i'm screwed basically aren't I because the proof I have won't necessarily be counted as proof by MFG. Great. So i'm down £10 for nothing...

Certain other networks are receiving a lovefilm report every 8 days and updating constantly. Why in the world is it taking over 30 working days here on MFG?? I have 15 lovefilm signups, there's no word from lovefilm about any of them? To be totally honest, i've lost all hope of ever receiving anything from them. 15 referrals down the drain, thanks alot.

MFG will come through for you. They must be having some problems atm, they've said things will be back to normal soon.

Can someone from myfreegadget PLEASE reply to this thread againa and explain to me WHY i spent £10 to uphold my end of the deal and have not been credited, so that i can actually VERIFY for my ghd's? I have more referrals than were required, and just want to complete the site. Can something please be done about this as it has been nearly 2 months now and i'm sure you'll agree that that is ridiculous.

I know! Thankyou!! But they havn't. They don't even reply to my support tickets on the matter. All I want is to complete the site, I just don't see why I should risked getting ripped off AGAIN by doing another offer. I've never had offers not tracked before and i've done A LOT of offers on various sites.
