Ok I have got my 14 greens to get a Xbox Premium but the last green is not showing yet. My friend completed the offer in front of me so I know they did it correctly and they have cookies enabled. They completed the Gala offer that for a different friend updated to Green the next day. But this time its been 5 days and has not updated.

So I contacted the support and they told me I should wait 30 working days. As there site updates daily and I presume its all automated I dont see how its going to update in the next 30 days if its not done it by now. I have about 140 yellows how many others should have gone green? Plus the fact as when its does eventually go through I will have to wait a further 28 days to receive the xbox. Is there no way of proving they have signed up?

Is this normal with the other networks? I've told all my friends how its not a con and a lot are waiting to see if I get mine before they try and get theirs.

I assume he didn't do the same offer twice (i.e. he didn't also do gala for you) because that would be fraud and will get your account put on hold.

Assuming he did a different offer, yes 30 days is what you can sometimes have to wait, it's not uncommon, and it has been xmas, pretty much nothing gets done for that 2 week period, so expect it to be a little slower.

Its easy to explain this and many people get the daily updates confused in the meaning.

Yes we do update all our offers on a daily basis. What you need to take into consideration though is some sponsors only let us know every other day, weekly or monthly.

So Sponsor X tells us each Saturday the previous weeks updates. On Saturday we apply the credits due. Just because the offer was done on day 1 does not mean on day 1 you get credit. This is out of our control and down to how quickly our sponsors provide us with reports. Some are much better than others, some take longer for example those requiring postal details such as bank account set ups etc etc.

I must say that explains it very well. Do you know how often do you get updated with the Gala refs?
