yea you can do another offer. its ok. try again with the support ticket though to make sure and have it as high priority. they seem to look at them more quickly lol!

Hey man, sorry about the green still not coming through. I will try one more with a support ticket and see what they say, but it definitely says at my end that the offer is completed. For some reason it hasnt registered under your link.
