Update: I've sent in a support ticket to fj, but they're asking for a screen shot...but I don't have one! Gala doesn't seem to have recorded any of my sign-up information, not even the 5 pounds I played through and I didn't even receive a confirmation email...I've played through another 5 quid (I must be mad), and sent the screenshot of that to fj, but so far no news. I'm at a bit of a loss...I'm going to try emailing Gala and seeing if they can send me some sort of proof of when I signed up with them.
