I have tried a tool before which shown where i ranked, but i cant find it anymore!

All the tools i do find now, say i dont rank for "Free Ps3" even though i'm 5th.

I normally spend a week or so building links with a certain keyphrase, then manually look where my website is ranked!

The reason i wait a week before manually looking is, because you could be on page 200 or sumin! If you look straight away!
