Well it's not really my fault.. i did the offer. Contacted support. Did an uncredited offer report.. I thought surely that would be enough.
I've pm'ed Rob and waiting for a reply.

What do you mean by the pending status has gone up again? I sent another email last night about the swoopo offer going untracked.
