on the select freebie jeebies conga, the person at the top of the conga is awaiting for their second sign up to go green...but there is a newbie who wants to join the conga- do they just have to wait until the second sign up has gone green or can we move on to the next person? thanks!

Hi there, sorry for contacting you only I was wondering if there is a problem with the trades request as I request trade access yesterday in the very early hours and not heard anything back yet as it is over the 24 hour period as mentioned by Jon.
