You have told them twice to change their content, if they don't then you could create a thread and "name and shame" them. I know nothing about law, so I can't help you, but just have a rant at them and it might work. It worked for me, until they decided to try and claim the moral high ground.

Apart from sending them a PM, then I don't think there is much you can do. It is a pain in the arse when lazy people just copy.
