Hi, Begging aint (always) the answer... If you really want to be in this whole Frebie business, you have to be "dedicated" doing it. It might take time, yes, BUT the rewards can be awesome. You have to read through eXceem, see what methods people have written down and shared, (my method is just my website) and try and implement them.
