There is a lot of people who are concered about the types of sites we are joining.

Matrix schemes (Find out more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matrix_scheme )) Or Cash Pyramid Schemes ((Find out more here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme )) Require a user to hand over cash, or buy a low cost item from the site to be added to the list, once the list if full the person at the top of the line gains the item.

These sites are illegal and are being shut down all the time, The Register have just announced two sites have been shut down : http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/07/04/matrix_oft/

I Personally dis-agree totally in handing over any cash simply to join a list.

The sites that Exceem list do not require you to hand over any cash for either joining the site or to purchase a low cost item.

We list sites that simply require users to complete any one of a number of offers listed. Many of the offers listed are with high profile companies.

It is up to the user to complete an offer that is applicable to them, something like motor insurance, a bank account or a betting based site.

Many of the sites have numerours offers so you should be able to find one that suits.

If any of the sites we have listed require any cash payment, either to join the site, pay for a low value otem or charge delivery, please inform us so we can take action.

It is unfortunate these sites spring up as it does put a grey cloud over the sites that are legit.

Graits, the biggest operator in the world on free gifts ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gratis_Internet ) are proven legit and are very very sucessful.

The sites that are startign to show in the UK are jumping on the bandwagon and many are offering a great service, some sites thats have sprung up have let many users down.

If you feel a site has let you down, let us know.

We at Exceem, and i know i can talk on behalf of the other admins/mods take this issue seriouly, and would welcome any comments you have good or bad on any ogf the sites we list.
