Apparently you get paid to solve captchas, seems alright so far, they pay out via paypal with a minimum of 3 dollars.

Seems alright but i've just done 39 images and earnt 5 cents which is like 2.5p so will take ages to get anything

When you need at least 3$ a week to get ANYTHING, thats a LOT of capchas :o pushing 30,000? :o

It seems to me that by doing this you are helping to fill the world with Viagra adverts.

Presumably they are filling up a database of captchas so that spambots can get onto forums and suchlike that are protected by the captcha, and if they try a few times they will come across one that some chump has solved for 0.001 pennies and they can get in.

This is the reason why I have a spam dedicated email but reCAPTCHA isn't as good as people make out, I think I read a link on here that said that it only actually looks at one word. Anything with punctuation or symbols above it the computer doesn't even care what you type. So long as the keyword is correct.
