Even if they hadn't done it on the same day but still a larger community have noticed that. Other than Wikipedia, although the other big enterprises Google, Facebook and Twitter haven't protest but they are also not happy with the legislation.

The SOPA and PIPA plans have been shelved, for the mean time at least:

about time they realised trying to ban the internet wasn't going to go well.

Apparently they have wiped books from peoples kindles that they paid for just to test if they could do it, shocking.
