Just hit 5,000 refs on FJ and 8,500 on Kudos!

You know I love stats...!

I have just hit exactly 5,000 reds on Apple.FJ and thought I'd collate some stats:

Current Greens: 52
Current Pendings: 14
Cashed Out: 58
Reds: 5,000

On Hold: 12
Revoked: 30

Ratio: 124:5000 > 1:40 or 2.48%

Compared to Gadgets.Kudos:

Current Greens: 16
Current Pendings: 10
Cashed Out: 94
Reds: 8,500

On Hold: 1
Revoked: 11
Banned: 26

Ratio: 120:8500 > 1:71 or 1.41%

So it seems FJ are winning out conversion wise. Though it's a slightly unfair comparison as I started FJ in Jan 2009 and started Kudos in Oct 2010.

Let's see what this year brings.

(Starting 2012 with: 244:13500 > 1:55 or 1.81% )

EDIT: 1 Green and 1 Pending added today

Thanks I'm building them up because I haven't a need for them right now. I cashed out a few Christmas presents (including a TV) last month and now saving these up for a mixture of: iPad3, Holiday, Humax TV Recorder, MediaHDD, iPhone5(?), House Furnishings! I don't like simply "cashing out" as you end up losing quite a bit at £17pg when you get to big numbers!

I've "lost" quite a bit if you look at it that way but my bigger concern has always been that the longer you leave a green, the more chance the user will do something to mess up their account!

OK yea so you don't really "lose" what you don't have, but I prefer to be able to splash out on gifts and gadgets that I otherwise wouldn't let myself buy.

I agree about "the longer you leave them"... not sure what to reply to that! Guess I'm taking the risk, but I always knew I'd lose some.

I'm tempted to "cash" out as it would pay off my overdraft straight away... but then I feel it's like throwing the free money away without enjoying it!
