I want a wii

Does anybody else want a Nintendo Wii when they come out?

All my mates think its going to be rubbish but i have faith and the idea of the whole back catalougue of N64 games and maybe Sega excites me!

The controller is different but its probably going to be so fun to use!

What you all think about it? I know for a fact il buy it!
Cant wait till E3 so we get all the information.

I know I want it even if it only has the rumoured 800mhz processor (around same as current XBOX and PS2). I think it's all about the gameplay.

I have recently sold my PSP to buy a DS because you can just pick up the games and play them for 10 minutes or so without having to wait for loading times and being able to play a variety of innovative games.

I played the Mario 64 mini games on my bro's DS more than I played GTA on my PSP!!!

If the Wii is the same I will definately buy it especially if it is at the pricetag of around £170 like rumours say. Can't wait for the controller and FPS games like Metroid Prime

oops forgot to add if it's region free I'll by one from the US or Japan and games as well as it'll likely be cheaper. Games are really cheap if imported

I am guna sell my psp soon, just not good anymore, the ds has had good games coming out all the time and the ds lite is even better now.

was watching a tv report on the wii where some chief exec of nintendo in charge of wii developement said that they are gonna be focusing on online communication and connectivity (hence the name wii) and that from an online marketplace style section you will be able to download and store the full collection of nintendo games from every platform.

So it looks as though we can expect external storage. I also heard that an adapter will be available to allow the device to play DVD's, which makes it quite a portable little media box.

Im looking forwards to it.

totally agree nearly all of the PSP games are remakes of older versions, you don't get games like Electroplankton and Mario Kart on the PSP either. compared to the original DS being bigger and weghing more than the PSP (psp is 260g)
the DS lite is smaller than the PSP and only weight 215g it also has great battery life.
