I regret having to do this but after weeks of no action it's my last resort.
I've entered into trades with members of Exceem who have failed to uphold their end of the agreement. I'm a patient person but even I have my limits, especially since this hasn't happened once but 4 times!

All these people agreed to go green for me on minimacgiveaway and due to GA network being notoriously slow to credit I expected a long wait. However, after much discussion with Tab it would appear that the fault lies not with GA but with my referrals.

Oblivion - Trade agreed 28/1. I went green on Euroxbox on 2/2, still waiting for your green on minimacgiveaway nearly 8 weeks later. However, I've noticed that your last visit to Exceem was on 10/3 so I'm assuming you've done a runner. Thanks.

jtreach - Trade agreed 7/2. I went green on nameyourfreebie on 11/2, still waiting for your green on minimacgiveaway over 6 weeks later.

uzi2491 - What can I say? Just my luck to be scammed by a user with a positive feedback of 9.

sonal.sagi - It's been 2 weeks since you did your offer. You should've been credited by now. It's time for support tickets with email & screenshot evidence. The £££ is ready and waiting!

I'm sorry to do this so publicly but I feel I have no other choice. It is so frustrating as I thought at least one of my trades would've produced a green!

I would include a screenshot of your account balance and gambling history if possible. Plus a copy of any sign-up emails you've been sent.

I didn't mean to hassle you sonal.sagi as we only traded 2 weeks ago, compared to my other trades that's a short amount of time!

As you know, Uzi has been banned from exceem for certain actions round here. However, he wasn't banned for scamming members in trades. I would still try emailling him to see if he would complete his side of the bargain (I assume he's at least yellow so you have his email).

Please keep us updated as to whether you hear from the other 2 as we will look into this for you. I'm sorry you've had such bad trading experiences here, the vast majority of members are trustworthy and we do all we can to ensure both parties are protected.

I've got 2 email addresses for him but he refuses to answer.

To be honest I've given up on all these trades except sonal.sagi who I beleive to be genuine. Even so, he's not obliged to go green as it's a cash trade and he only gets paid when he's green.

There definitely needs to be some system in place to stop this from happening. Unfortunately I can't think of one that'll work

Oblivion has been a decent member here - the fact that he hasn't even logged on for a couple of weeks indicates to me that there is some reason. Maybe he's away, or his computer has broken, or there's been some sort of family emergency. I wouln't give up on him just yet.

Jtreach has been online only yesterday. I would pm him and draw his attention to this thread. We'll see what we can do.

Unfortunately, in a community such as this there's not much we can do to safeguard members further to what we already do. By trading in public, people can't get away with fraudulently completing the same offer or the same site more than once, and it also allows other members to see their trading history. However, in a trade there is always an element of good faith.

Please post links back to your original trade threads and we'll look into these trades a bit more.

Scribbler, I had the exact same problem with uzi2491 but eventually caught up with him on messenger and sorted it out (he's now gone green for me on the site originally agreed). I guess it's easier for people to ignore emails as opposed to when you're actually chatting real time to them. Good luck in sorting all this out.

Amanda, out of interest what is the process for reporting bad trades? Gadgethunter has seemingly gone awol (http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/green-green/5290-need-greens-digitalcameras-freepay-com.html) and I've had no responses to PM's or direct emails - I don't think he's showing as banned and I would hate for anyone else to trade with him if he is not playing by the same rules as the rest of us. The best thing to do is contact a member of staff with your query as well as posting in the original thread so that other members can see that you're worried. If we look into it and there isn't a simple explanation, you can use the trade feedback system to leave negative feedback. If we are sure a member has scammed someone we will ban them.

Uzi's tradefeedback shouldnt be trusted, he got friends to sign up and give him feedback etc

That's good to hear - in future if you're having trouble getting credit just make sure you keep in touch with the person you've traded with. Let us know how you get on!

jtreach has been a gentleman and sent me a generous payment as compensation.
I believe he completed an offer properly and when the credit wasn't forthcoming did his best to resolve it.

I can't say exactly why this problem occured but I do know that this has happened to a few of my referrals for minimacgiveaway. Perhaps GA network could make a comment?
