What's wrong with posting in the middle of the night and why is that weird. you responded in the middle of the night, I don't think that's weird. But hey you're entitled to your opinion. I do have an opinion, having recently claimed back £10k in PPI. having said that £2.5k had to go to the Company who claimed on my behalf. Given that we all like a freebie and compared to the effort that goes into obtaining referrals getting a Company to claim PPI for you is much easier and you could be £'s better off. With hindsight I could have done it myself and had the whole £10k for myself! I was hoping that the discussion would encourage someone to claim PPI and put themself in a better financial position. Looks like I failed miserably

I don't think starting the thread was a problem.

I think people just got a little annoyed that you started the debate with no actual argument. You just asked the question and hoped others would create the debate.

If you want to start a thread in the debating section then post your question along with your opinion and your views on the subject and others can then debate with you.

I quite like reading the many debates although I don't get involved very often.
