  | I claimed back credit card charges by myself, so paid no comission. I do think that there is enough information out there, on sites like MSE to do these things yourself, or you could do it through yout local CAB who do not charge a comission!! Weldome to Exceem.... from another Surrey member!!!

| It's easy to claim PPI yourself, I had 3,000+ recently from Yorkshire bank after they tried to shaft me on a bank loan. Get the Ombudsman on your side they will guide you on the steps to take and if needed they will get involved which is totally free. Paid for a nice 14 nights in Turkey all inclusive nothing like a free holiday

 | Ok, have moved this thread, and 2 others out of the "debating section. As far as I can see, the original posts were questions rather than a debate. To the original poster, please have a look at the threads in the debating section and you will get an idea of what should go in there. To the other posters, if you see something that you think might be in the wrong section, simply report it and it may be moved. I really don't think abuse is the way.
