Hi, I need to import 2 hours worth of video via FireWire from a canon camera in .mov with h.264 and mp3 I want to know if there is a free progamming that will do this. The avi files windows movie maker are up to 16gb each uncompressed and the wmv is not an option as it is too small and very compressed.

google "total video converter" that will do the trick and if you look in the right places you can get a *cough* valuation copy.

Does this import or convert, because I do not want it compressed or with any lost frames.
