Well I'd prefer not to talk about it, but I promised i'd say how I did.... however I'm not saying my position!!

Basically, I ate a big dinner 3 hours before, thought it would be fine, until half way through the race I started to feel sick . I stopped and was sick, having loads of people overtake me, and stopped another time to throw up my guts

About 200m later, I had the biggest stitch I've ever had, stopped then more people over took me

I then carried on, always thinking i'd never drop out, ever and took a few people, so made up some of what I'd lost, before finishing in a very rubbish position.

But proud anyway, as they were very good runners and I had to qualify to run in that race, and ran for my county

Didn't wanna post that, cos I've never stopped in a race before after 4 years of running, and because it was such a bad race. Not looking for sympathy, it was my own stupid fault!!

Hard luck, everyone has bad days I guess.

I always find it difficult with exercise, I can't be hungry or i'll be really weak but if I eat I'll feel sick after about 20mins.

You should definitely be proud to have had the opportunity no matter where you came (especially if you managed to stop for a spew and still not come last).
