iPhone Tariffs...

I just bought an iPhone 3GS from Facebook Marketplace and am on an o2 contract at the moment (Nokia 5800 which I am going to sell)

Just wondered, can I just pop in my SIM card and away I go? Or are there special iPhone tariffs I need to sign up to?

I am on a good deal at the mo as I get 600 Minutes - 1000 texts and unlimited web for £25 a month so would love to just use this tariff I am on now.

Cheers,

Dave

I would just phone O2 and ask. You should be able to call their customer services free from your phone.

There's a good deal on o2 simplicity, it's £15 a month for 300 mins and unlimited internet and texts for iPhone 12 month contract mind. On the 1 month contract it's £20 a month

My current contract doesnt run out for another 6 months but I am happy to carry it on, cant grumble at £25 a month.

Snagged the iPhone for £200 too. Cashback.

Hi icyoli, are you are saying that you can get an iPhone from O2 on £15?

Or that you buy an iPhone handset, then you can get a sim compatible with iPhone for £15?

The second one. I was lucky to nab mine - even if I ppgraded I would be paying over £200 for the iPhone from o2.

Argh ok I checked the O2 tariffs, if referring to the text&web combo for £15 which offers unlimited internet and texts, you only get 100 minutes not 300, otherwise this sounds like a great deal for me!
