  | Need some advice!Hello, As most of you know i have been in Australia & now have come home due to family problems, My Australian Partner & I have just got Engaged & i am applying for a Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) to go back on. I am just wonder if anyone knows, What i have to do to make my application go through smoothly without any hicups. Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) Any do's & Dont's?? Any advice would be fantatsic. Thank you Louise

| Can't really help. But you could try giving them a phone, or one of the embassies just to ask for some advice. Contact us - Department of Immigration and Citizenship
