Hi guys, does anyone know if it is possible to disable comments from people you don't know
for example if you are a fan of a musician or football team, can you just get the posts from the host and not other fans, as it kinda takes over, and I don't really want to know what people I don't know have to say ?

unless your the group owner i dont think theres alot you can do.

Can you explain in a bit more detail where you are seeing the other peoples comments?

If it is on the Artists/Bands page, there are two tabs at the top - I don't remember what they are called but one is "Just...." And the other as "...& Fans".

If it is coming through in your news feed that is really weird? Do you mean it is other fans who have commented on a piece of news written by the Artist/Band?

yep the last one, the news feed on my facebook home, I get comments from other people on the artists posts

Somewhere you can turn off settings to have comments expanded automatically. That way if you want to see comments on a post, whether it be your friends or a band/artist, you can click on "Show 23 Comments.." and it will expand them out.

Can't remember where you can turn this on/off but see if you have a News Feed Settings or something.
