![]() | A query about these Freebie site scripts...You know the actual yellow -> green process; do you guys know whether this is automated by the script? or is it manually done by the site owner by him/her cross validating with completed referral commission payments? |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...Accounting for human error then, Is it possible - hypothetically - that a ref will remain yellow unless he/she sends a support ticket to the network to request his/her status to be updated manually? |

| iPod 60gb | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...basically it depends on the offer you complete, things like betfair are automatic in the sense that they can check the affiliate site and then update the gift site accordingly some other offers on the other hand require manual credit i think, and so yes it could go amiss, so if you havent been credited and the time stated has gone by you should raise a supprt ticket |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...oh ok...so with the human aspect, there are possibilities for mistakes right? :? Do you know whether it is possible to send a support ticket on asking behalf of a ref? (on the basis that a ref may not know how to do it themselves?) |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...Jon, its mainly the Giveaway sites in question The Freedigicams one looks quite fast tho - but my own offer hasn't gone green yet... I'm pretty certain most of my refs are doing the ScreenSelect offer (as its the easiest - and funnest - to do) |

| MJ lady with maracas | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...the delay would be down to 2 reasons - the refferals didnt complete the offer correctly - there can be up to a months delay in the reports they recive from teh adverters the giveaway script tracks all offer clicks and completitions

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...In short, yes, it is quite possible to remain yellow until you send a support ticket if the credit hasn't gone through properly. However, you are not usually able to write in on behalf of a ref, they have to do it themselves. I had that same situation on ipods.freepay - this girl had completed an offer but didn't EVER get credit. I assume she gave up on the site. She would have needed to forward her confirmation email to prove she had completed the offer, which obviously I couldn't provide. |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...Rafs 'can' work automatically although most sites will credit manually (means that any fraudsters can be identified & weeded out). Some merchants do batch validations so could take a month or so to go green (only on some offers & the site should know this and advertise time to go green) Last edited by woostar; 09-01-06 at 06:26 PM.. |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...I have to commend the script that Freedigicams uses (its the same one as Freegadgets4you). Going green is super fast (literally an hour or so). Support as well is top notch. Anyone know of any other sites which uses this script? |

![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...Loads of sites use RAFS ~ giveaway network, euroipods, free4me, ipodgratis all use it :: even though it does have the function to credit offers automatically I don't think any site owners use it; just up to the admin as to how fast it updates. ![]() | Re: A query about these Freebie site scripts...This thread feels strangely appropriate at the moment..... I hope the networks recover from this ok...but I guess we could see which sites are run by RAFS Does this mean that the other sites are run by a different script altogether? |
