![]() ![]() | Nokia N97I see that Orange are finally getting the N97. Was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the phone? I like the look of the 5800 but want something abit more exciting. |

![]() | Compared to the 5800 the N97 is expensive. You can pick up a 5800 for £160 new on Vodaphone PAYG but the N97 is really expensive. the 5800 has wifi, GPS and 3.2 mpx camera, while the N97 has...uh wifi, GPS 5mpx camera (oh and 32GB storage and a slide out keboard) In my opinion you are only paying for a better camera and the storage by getting the N97 |

![]() ![]() | I've been looking at the N97 as an upgrade for my current N82. You should take a look at the N86 though mate, I think I'll inevitably end up buying it over the N97. |

Nokia N86 8MP - Full phone specifications The specs are wicked. Coupled with the fact I'm a big supporter of the Symbian OS, this phone will probs be the one I buy next. I think people seem to overlook how good the Symbian OS is, and the amount of apps available is huge, and most of which are free. People forget that programs like Skype, MSN, BBC iPlayer etc are all available on smartphones. Tbh I've also been a big fan of Nokia, you just can't get the same build quality from other manufacturers imo. Feel free to get an N86 on your contract...and then sell it to me if you don't want it | |
