No doubt now, all these so called celebrity friends will be crawling out of the woodwork to attend a showbiz funeral, which will be financed by OK magazine in return for exclusive photos of the day. these so called "stars" didnt have time for jade before her illness but most will see it as a chance to score brownie points and get their photos in the papers/mags. people are more sad that 2 kids will be without their mother, which is understandable.

| This is ridiculous, so many people die of cancer. I have nothing against Jade Goody, but it is ironic that she wasn't a nice person at all and she is getting all this attention. I'm sorry she died, but the amount of fuss on her i'm not getting at all personally! I know a few people who died of cancer who were better people than JG, do they get posts like this? No, i don't get why everyone seems to loved her now, she was just a nasty celebrity who got unlucky with getting cancer, why does that change everyone's opinion of her to someone who is done great deeds in the community etc.?

| The majority of people's opinions probably haven't changed in relation to their opinions of her of a person, more that you can't help but feel sorry for her in terms of dying at a young age, having two young children, and the kind of life she'd had. While she may not be the brightest pebble on the beach, a lot of what she's said/done in the past has been from ignorance, you wouldn't wish anyone to go through what she has. I don't like 'her' any more than i did before but I can't help feeling incredibly sorry for her, and if I was in that position with two young children, I'd make damn sure I got as much publicity as I could to raise as much money for my children, and for cancer charities, and you can't take that away from her!
