Hi!

As most of you know, I recieved my iPod Nano 4Gb White from Freepay but it was faulty. I therefore contacted Apple and they sent me a box to send it off to the Netherlands!

This thread is going to be used to keep you all updated as to how my nano is getting on!

that is unless you arent SUPPOSED to put music on an iPod or charge it (!)

My iPod is sorted!
I think they fixed it rather than got a new one becasue I got this...

hmmm not very clear to see...

it says that the iPod is OK anyway and theyve shipped it back on the 9th December

Thats good, i love apple support.

I have a habbit of chewing my earphone cable while listening to my pod...and basically my right ear plug isnt working. So i sent them a service request and my earphones have just been shipped out today and i dont have to send the old pair back which is nice....

I thought it would be a hassle but appraently not! Got a tracking number with ups but it doesnt seem to work...oh well hpefully it will come on wednesday or 2moro (ordered yesterday). Good old apple, there products may scratch like hell and cost a bomb but there service is good!

I had the same thing - 7 days from request to new ipod

The thing is.. that one is faulty too!

Well, I got it! Its the one I had before and I am NOT used to it!

its so tiny!

well, at least that is over. Now, it goes back in the box

Back in the box?? what are you thinking!! on another note my replacement earphones tried to come yesterday when i was out but redelivered today.

Request on sunday
earphones on tuesday-wednesday
=Good service (get what you pay for! but in out case they were FREE!)
