is there a way to install windows 7 over vista without me backing up anything? i dont have anymore spare harddrives to back anything up

I believe that you can upgrade from Vista to 7, havent tried it but I would recommend backing up the important files no matter what. If it is a issue of space maybe a internet storage account would be useful. I know there are one or two that will give you a gig or so free space when you sign up.
