 | Snow is cauing chaos!!!Is the snow causing choas everywhere? becuase it sure is in the Manchester/Rochdale/Bolton area. All the roads around my area are at complete gridlock and the biggest school in the area has been shut for the day. I was at the train station trying to get to uni and no trains have passed all morning! So i've just come back home as there was no way of me getting to my 9am lecture. anyone else affected by it?

 | i almost took out the school mini bus coming into our carpark. back end swung out and when i corrected the spin this mini bus was in my way, thank fook for ABS brakes and handbraking skills lol.

| Hmmm yes the south is annoyingly freezing but no snow/clouds of any sort. Hopefully be here on the 24th/25th!! |

| No snow down here either, just bloody freezing. Wish it snowed for a bit, although I really don't like the chaos. It makes me laugh how much people down here panic when a bit of snow is on the way. Clearing the shelves of bread etc. in the supermarkets just in case they get snowed in and starve to death LMAO. There's usually barely enough to make a decent snowman  |

| Was something white on the ground earlier but its all gone now.. wish we could have a snow storm here or something to see how badly the senior management at work would do when it all come to a screeching halt!  Cheers Tom |

| Hit the wrong button with my previous post, could a mod delete. Snowing here too and I'm worried. My mother and I take my gran for her shopping on a wednesday and to make it easier for mother to help her in and out the car we take their 5 door. Which means father takes my car which really does not like the snow. Its a C2 "sensodrive" (posh word for automatic gear box) and the snow mode that is supposed to put the car into 2nd gear if it detects the wheels spinning is absolute rubbish. As a result my car just can not get up the hill at the end of the road when it is snowing so we have to go down it. And it's a blind junction at the bottom and oh so easy to skid out of  |

 | I woke up this morning to find that it had been raining overnight and it has all froze over the main roads are fine but the side roads are like ice rinks. It was funny though watching all the kids going to school an falling on there arses
