Neteller. Anyone knows how to cancel?

I have just recieved a email form neteller regarding my account. As I joined over a year ago but did not deposit any money in it, I just forgot about it. Today neteller have informed me that they will charge me 30 USD annually for inactive accounts . WTF! Worse then Paypal methinks then! I have tried accessing my account but I get a option saying that my personal info has been disabled and contact us to restore it. So thats what I did. I got on the blower pronto. As it is a long distance number I will be charged at the overseas rate. After 10 mins, I gave up. So, anyone knows how to cancel without contacting them?

Sounds like a phishing scam to me. Are you 100% sure it came from neteller?

Try typing in the actual neteller URL and logging in. I never click links an any emails like this, even if I know it's genuine. I always type the actual url in so I know where I'm going.

Yep. It is from them. Says it's from communications @ neteller.com. (I inserted the spaces myself for spiderbot reasons). I clicked on the direct link in the email but did not log in. Logged in through the actual webpage by typing the url. Experiences and phishing scams have thought me well to not to log in via emails. Looks like I'm stuck at ringing them then.

Had the exact same Email this morning. Looks genuine, not acted on it yet though. Though there's no way in hell I'm paying $30 for nothing! Hopefully they'll reply and cancel via email, international calls would cost more than the payment they're asking for...
