conga query

i was wondering, for sites that take a while to green what happens about the 5 green rule.

for instance, mmd has 4 people from the conga signed but they are yellow. does he now stand down or keep collecting the yellows till 5 of them go green.
if he is to stand down, then does he go into a pending 5 yellow going green box and if one fails he rejoins the conga to get it or not?

Good question.. have to find out exactly from the Admin but I would think that if the ppl signed up under MMD would send in a screenshoot to us (guess that would be me considering I am more or less in charge of the Congas now..) proving that they have done the offer and are just awaiting freepay to credit them I can't see why that couldn't be done.. it would also make the congas move faster I think..

I know from my own experience with freepay that they can take their time.. took them 5 weeks to credit my offer!

if mmd is posting the 4 yellows he is waiting for then i assume they are all from the conga, otherwise we dont really need to know about the others do we?
as per the 5 ref quota allowed through the conga system.
i hope everybody understands this should be for all congas and not just the freepay that i am making an example of.

Yes, only the once that are from the conga, but both you and me have had ppl signing up but not completed an offer so we would need a screenshoot proving that they have completed the offer.. then we know that the top person has their 5 referral needed through the conga and can be moved down to a "pending box"..

And of course it would be for all congas, you just took the freepay conga becasue you are eager to get top and get another nano!!

I am right behind you with this roger - 5 yellows gained from the conga ought to be enough to move the topspotter into a holding position while the greens incubate. As all 5 will now be in the conga, they will only remain on board if they go green. So they have an incentive to complete their offer. I wouldn't bother with screen shots to support an offer - I would simply say that you don't get allocated a place in line until you are confirmed green. While you are yellow, you are simply waiting to join the line.

Personally I think this rule needs reviewing or clarifying as the topspotter can otherwise pick up say half a dozen extra yellows that subsequently turn green, thereby denying the next person in line the credits that shoudl be theirs.

Likewise, the whole point of the 5-green limit is to speed things along, so any system that can facilitate this has to be good news.

i've had a yellow one one of my sites from a member that can only have got my link from a conga, but no offer completed, and no response from them as yet. would this mean i lose my right to get another refferal?
what might happen is the conga (or waiting bays or whatever) get clogged with people who join but never complete for one reason or another. or you get shoved off the top of the conga having never actually received any greens. how do you then re-incorporate those whose yellows from the conga suddenly never materialise into greens.
I know this sounds very negative, i'm just putting another view in. i think that the suggestions so far are very good, and valid. seems that people are thinking along the right lines of giving everyone a fair chance and getting people interested in congas again.
Exceem, whith it's now vast member base should have fairly fast moving congas. with new members maybe being directed to the congas when they join.

You will not be taken of the Conga just because you have had 5 users signing up under you.. what most likely will happen is that you have had 4 users already gone green and when you get the 5th and last, that person in question hopefully will take a screenshot (fact is it would be a good standard if everyone took one after they have signed up to an offer) and then forward it to me for validation.. then I will move the top person to the "Pending Section" and number 2 will be top.. if after a certain time have past and no green been materialized, the last person to sign up under you will have to provide a 2nd screenshot showing that they are still signed up... if not you would be moved back to the top for 1 more sign up..
