new conga rules

cool nice and simple.
i especially like the idea of people signing up and completing straightaway.
it makes it so much easier to kee a conga updated that way.
people responding too, that will make congas more interactive and hopefully build relationships and trust too.

forgot to say thanks to the mods for helping me write up the rules , and to the members who gave us some suggestions

it will help run things to if people keep a mini log of when people joined teh conga, clicked the offer, and got the green for it, the congas have got to big just for me to keep track of now, which is both good and bad!

Er, Jon, yer maths don't add up mate:

Person #1 signs up
Person #2 completes an offer for Person #1
Person #3 completes an offer for Person #1

This continues until Person #1 has received 5 greens through the conga, unless of course the requirement are less then 5 or they complete earlier than this… then the top person is removed and everyone is moved one step up.

Person #4 completes an offer for Person #2
Person #5 completes an offer for Person #2

I suggest you change this to:

Person #1 signs up
Person #2 completes an offer for Person #1
Person #3 completes an offer for Person #1

NOt sure this is practical:

Post in the conga thread:
A. Part of your email, i.e. exceem@ (so that you can be identified on the top person’s account)
B. The offer you completed (do not post unless you have fully completed an offer)

Would suggest you amend to something like:

You may post to say that you have signed up, but your place in the line will not be assigned until you have completed your offer. When you have completed, and not before, post:
A. Part of your email, i.e. exceem@ (so that you can be identified on the top person’s account)
B. The offer you completed.

BTW, why do you want peeps to post details of the offer they completed?

And why do you ask for "the amount needed to complete the site". If I need 28, do you need to know?

We need to know whether it is under 5. With regards to the first post, you are technically right, but I'm sure everyone knows what he meant!

Perhaps you are right about people posting before they complete an offer, but really people shouldn't be signing up unless they are doing an offer straight away.

It will also serve like a reference on how long an offer takes.. I have noticed that some offers goes fast and others takes ages.. and if it would differ from site to site..

to take an example; one user signed up to the same site I am on and he was credited within a few days.. I have still not been credited and its now gone around 5 weeks.. so knowing the offer, it will give the top person some insight about how long it should take before it been credited..

I just wish the UK networks would be so quick to credit an offer that the US are!
