 | Conga RulesExceem Site Rules: Admins and Moderators may not be top of a new conga. Members cannot be at the top of more than one conga at anytime. When a new site is found, the member who found the site or posted it first will be the top of that conga unless the member is at top of another conga. Anything else i need to add please let me know! |
