 | Re: New coin designsI don't know whether I like them or not. Looking at them there for the first time I thought they looked pretty cool. But then I thought they'll probably be like a new gadget/console - They'll seem nice for a while but then just get tedious. They look alike but I can't tell what the difference in width is from that photo. Also the pound coin doesn't look too gold, that's a major negative. I'll have a look and see if I can see some other pics (the sky link wasn't loading up for me there).

| Re: New coin designsI was about to say how the £1 looks awful, but on the page you found Bazza, it actually looks pretty good. They all look around about the same size to me as the coins we have now, so I don’t think it’s really gonna change anything. It will just be like always getting them strange 50p coins you sometimes find, with really odd designs on the back. As for the € .. without going into a rant, no thanks ..
