My Book

A while back i started a thread on here about the fact i'd been contracted to write a book about haunted places in Northumberland, by a major publisher!! well it's finished!!

I managed to get Jason Karl who was on Most Haunted to write my foreword and it'll be released in the summer!!

I've also been given a contract for a follow up about Tyne and Wear

Check out 'The Book' section on my website for the book cover which looks pretty cool www.ghostsofthenortheast.co.uk

Re: My Book

Hi everyone, sorry to bump by old thread but my book is just going to print and is now available to pre order from amazon!!

Ghostly Northumberland

(Heres the blurb from the back of the book)

From reports of haunted castles, hotels, battlefields, chapels and churchyards, to heart-stopping accounts of apparitions, poltergeists and related supernatural phenomena, Ghostly Northumberland investigates twenty of the most haunted locations in Northumberland today.

Drawing on historical and contemporary sources, this selection includes a piano playing ghost at Bamburgh castle, the White Lady of Cresswell Tower, a mischievous poltergeist at the Schooner Hotel, as well as sightings of torturer John Sage who continues to stalk to dungeons at Chillingham Castle - widely regarded as one of the most haunted places in Britain.

Illustated with over 50 photographs, together with visitor information and access details for each location, the book will appeal to all those interested in finding out more about the county's haunted heritage.

More information and the book cover can be seen on my website, along with a direct link to pre order it from amazon.co.uk (release date the 24th July)

Re: My Book

i would but i didn't add the book to amazon, the publishers did, so only they can add a photo and a description

I forgot to mention earlier that Jason Karl has written my foreword, he's been on programs such as Most Haunted and Ghost Hunters

Re: My Book

You should write a book about freebies

Seriously though congratulations getting published is such a great achievement you should be very proud of what you've accomplished.

Just out of interest, how much do you get paid for every copy that is sold?
