I'm fed up with Paypal now!

So recently my account got a Limit put on it without any warning as it's almost reached the annual recieving/sending limit. Anyway i've been trying to get it sorted out with paypal and here's my latest email to them:

Hello. Is there anyone there? It's been TWO WEEKS and my account is still limited, do you guys not check your inbox? You will see some of my emails in there if you look hard enough!

In hope that this email somehow found it's way to you through the big world wide web, answer me this! Why does it still say waiting for my response? Surely you can see from your end I have uploaded the neccessary files and responded to any emails I recieved. So why oh why are you still waiting for my response?

Also I would just like to say I tried ringing your 'excellent' customer service team the other day but it's like talking to a brick wall, it's utterly useless when they can do nothing. I can see my account is limited...I don't need to wait 20 mins on the phone to get told that!

So can you sort this disaster out for me? I'll wait patiently for your reply before taking this any further. This is ridiculous!

God help them if I get an automated reply!

Also was thinking everyone needed somewhere to get ebay/paypal problems off their chest!

hi, my account recently had a review as i was close to the limit but i had to do a few extra things like verify my bank accounts and also had to do a expanded thing on my card and that seemed to work.

What sort of account do you have with paypal?

It's a Premier account and it's Verified lol. They wanted me to upload a picture of my Passport and a Utility Bill but they're still not happy lol. I had to send them information about my last two transactions but i've heard nothing since.

I've had it for a while now so it's annoying that it's happened right now especially as i've 5 Wii's and a PS3 I need to get sold this week lol!

I had to open a New account...so I will just have to be careful as I think that means i'm not covered now!

That's odd, when i verified my account, all i did was make up some business information (random) and then the telephone call they do to ur house... i use paypal alot back in the days, use to send and received £1,200 a month...but u needed to have a premier account or bunnies one..

They really need to take a good look at the way they run their 'business'. Thankfully I never used to leave any money in there at all, but I bet if I had I would have had my account 'limited'...

I think you should tone down your emails etc, if you just send aggressive emails they will tend to be ignored, but if you sent polite but well structured argumented (sp)emails then you will get further.

Tend to agree with Jon there.

What you are saying Corky is undoubtedly true, but the underpaid and fed up person reading the mail wont do you any favours.

ye, im also annoyed with paypal, ive tried to add my bank account and they say that its already registered, but ive never used it before.

Took them 10days to reply, with what is on the FAQ page

Yea I totally agree...just needed to get that off my chest. Gonna give them a phone call and see were I get!
