Banned from UK Congas...

Hi,

Just got it and tryed to log on to UK Congas... I got a message saying i'm banned! I barely use the thing, havent said anything controversial, havent partaken in any trades havent done anything to offend or upset anyone or the forum ... and i'm stunned.

Can everyone else get on to UK congas? Is it an error?

What have i done i wonder? :? lol

We have decided to start issuing temporary bans. Over the weekend it came to our attention that a member had been PM spamming which was in direct contravention to the forum rules, and similarly ignored the large number of posts made on this topic recently.

The member in question has been issued with a week ban, and after this time the ban will be lifted and he will be able to continue to use UK Congas. However, if he is found to be breaking the rules again he will be permanently banned from the forums.

This will apply to everyone on the forum. Unfortunately this has now become a fairly large issue and we have been forced to take action to ensure it doesn't take place again. We hope this will act as a warning to everyone.

Obviously didn't get the PM that was sent. You received a temp ban for PM spamming. Your ban will be removed next Sunday evening.
