  | I broke my PS3!!!!yep - its busted!!  but it's ok - I rang up the Sony helpline and they are sending me a new one on Tuesday. Now that's good customer service. phew!

| Re: I broke my PS3!!!!erm - dunno. Was watching a bluray film and near the end it just froze. Turned it off and back on again, but now the DVD drive is not working. It accepts the disc but doesnt spin. The man on the phone said it's quite common (!!!) and sounds like a dislodged or broken lens. Bit of a worry really - considering the warranty is only 1 year

| Re: I broke my PS3!!!!Lol did you have to give them some sort of proof of purchase or anything? Or just ring them and say it's broken and they sent a new one out? If so, might give em a call and say mines broke too (even though I don't have one!) |
