I'm not a Liverpool or Chelsea supporter, but i watched this match avidly, really wanted Liverpool to win, and I got what I wanted.
Liverpool VS Manchester United in the final (I'm a Man U fan :P), Liverpool are the easier team to play in the Final, but Man U still have to finish off AC Milan...

I have to hand it to Reina for some great saves, but a shame chelsea didn't win. I suppose it would be interesting to watch man u and liverpool in a champions league final and man u and chelsea in a FA cup final.

Haha, the taunting that the chelsea fans at school had was funny Daniel agger = brilliant up and coming player! And reina has so improved since he first joined liverpool! terry and especially fat frank were shocking! Reina's house got burgled and his car (porsche) got burnt out. Gutted

Well maybe not shocking, but very average! Essien kept Chelsea in the game with some important contributions. Lampard was shocking though! Carragher, I've said this to other people and they agree, is definitely better than Terry.

Terry was bloody immense

He was one of the best chelsea players for me... his tackle when crouched hit the bar... absoultely fantastic..

How can you say Terry was immense Whilst he performed better than that terrible lampard (hope you all agree on that one!) he is in a team of world class players, and that makes him look so good. Obviously he is going to be a good footballer, but he just isn't anything compared to the likes of Carragher, Ferdy, and even Woodgate. Even my mates agree on this (some of them are proper chelsea fans as well!)

What a shocking statement He might not have been playing as well as he can, this season. But he's still superb

Couldn't agree with you (Ben) less!!

Essien drew more praise simply becuase he was out of position. Terry made a majority of the important clearing headers and some great tackles. It's now just expected of him so you don't hear as much about him. Not taking anything away from Essien though, had a great season, played in just about every position and coming away from each game having done very well.

I actually thought Lampard had a good game compared to late, got involved well, tracked back etc. Saying that recently I've wished he wasn't in the team, I'm sure if another player got so many opportunities on the ball (preferably Ballack), we would see far more productive football ALONG THE BLOODY GROUND!!! I can't stand Chelsea's direct football, no matter how good Drogba is at claiming the ball each time. I'd much rather see Makalele and Ballack up the middle, with Cole and Robben/Shaun W-P bombing up the wings.
