AS Level Results!!

Congrats to all who got there A level and AS level results today...

You are probably not interested as most of you will have already left school and moved on to better things!

But... I got my results this morning and they were good, so i am very relieved!!!

If anyone else wants to share their exam "blues" post here...

anyone who says they're getting easier needs absolutely shooting - I'm going into my 2nd year at Uni so I finished school and got my results last year and there was nothing easy about sitting a shed-load of exams in a very short space of time on very specific topics

In fact im going to add a mini competition, the exceem forum member wiht the best "average" a level results (by averate, its 10 points for a A, 8 for a b, 6 for a c etc, add up the total points then divide by the number of a levels you took(as levels count for half points)) will get 3 days free banner advetising on the exceem front page(once the current advertisers time period is finished (2 more days from today!)

photo/scanned proff of results will be needed so no cheeting!

So I take it if you went on to do a full a-level then your as for that subject doesn't count?

it will count, the competition is for results recieved today only, be it a a levle, a proper as level, or were you have done exams for a A level in your first year and it coutns for a AS.

I'm not! my results are from 5 or 6 years ago, the competition is for todays results, I just wanted to add a benchmark for people to beet. i now have a degree to my name to

I dont know if they were that much easier, but I think they were somewhat easier than some of the papers i've seen from back in the day. The reason the pass rate is soaring, imo, is cos people are taking soft options, media studies, psychology, photography etc.

Someone asked how i did for my AS results...

I got:

Physics -A
Biology -A
Geography -A
Maths -?

These are only my AS results. At my school, we complete Maths in January, so i only get the 3 A's today...only!

Congrats to all who got results today, good luck to those going on to Uni!!!

got a d in maths and a cc in it i think but that is uncertian

quite happy with them coz past year has been hard for many reasons..get my english resit ones nxt thus!
